Pumpkin Soup
- 1/2 onion finely chopped
- ginger & garlic 1 tablespoon
- pumpkin cubes - 2 cups
- celery stick - 1 (optional)
- 1/4 spoon of red chili powder
- 500 ml of plain water and cook the pumpkin and cook for about 15 min
Grind: grind the pumpkin in a mixer jar
Add: coconut milk and heat it for 2 more min.
Garnish: add coriander leaves + black pepper
Serve!
